Veterinary Business Development Manager – Leeds – £35K

Role based from home but must be located in the North, you will be covering from Staffordshire to Scotland – ideally located in the center of this, around Manchester.
Duties

To act as a Business Development Manager in the Veterinary/Healthcare industries.
To provide proactive and innovative support to ensure development of new and existing imaging sites.
To maximize both internal and external MRI and CT diagnostic imaging case load by way of effective marketing support.

Experience Requirements:

Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
Ability to develop new and existing business
Previous history of working in Veterinary/Healthcare sector
Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging (Desirable)

Skill/Attribute Requirements:

IT Literacy
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to work alone and also as part of a small team
Must work under pressure and to deadlines
Willingness to undertake extensive travel

Responsibilities:

To work closely with the National Business Development Manager
Account manage key existing practices within defined territory to help improve and promote the service offering
To attend various practice sites to develop new business opportunities from initial meetings to close out stages
To liaise with the National Business Development Manager when setting out commercial terms for all sites
To attend strategic meetings at various locations
To attend conferences/trade events in the UK and Ireland
Any other administrative duties as required by the National Business Development Manager
